生日旅行輕井澤，家人盲目信賴萬豪品牌選擇了此酒店，四晚價格人民幣13000+，給了我們面朝停車場的2樓雙床房：辦理入住時説給我們後期換房或者把兩張床並在一起，直到入住的最後一晚才把兩張床並在一起；服務差，第一天吃早飯時問服務員可否提供搭配咖啡的牛奶，該女服務員就手指指方向，在人流不少的早餐廳裏，我的確轉了一圈沒有找到，衹好再次詢問，她板著臉帶我去牛奶桶那邊；泡温泉處的吹風機不好用，25分鐘根本吹不幹中長髮，而房間裏的吹風機更差；最最最差的是欠缺班車服務，可以默認該酒店沒有班車，出行來回全靠打車，費用不菲，從輕井澤車站打車到該酒店約日本3000；酒店附近沒有便利店、餐館和景點，有的是白天的荒涼和夜晚的漆黑。綜上所述，入住體驗感差，極不推薦該酒店。

如果不開車，出行要麼靠班車，要不然就衹能打車了。附近沒有其他公共交通。可以請前台幫忙叫出租車，來得很快。早餐不錯👍。房間嘛，無功無過，典型美式酒店的房間設計，但沒什麼度假氛圍。
