Traveling with 2 teenage boys and the bunk beds room was fun for them. Hotel is at a convenient location where you can easily find restaurants and small shops on the old street. Room was spacious and clean. Getting from Karuizawa station to hotel is a short taxi trip away. Highly recommend for family trip.

Good location with lots of restaurants and ships nearby. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The tv was a bit small and the hotel used keys instead of cards. Service was good and edge check in process was smooth.

The location is good and next to the old Karuizawa town which we can just walk outside. There are many stores around and it’s very convenient . Frontline staff is very helpful and I would recommend this hotel for sure .

Our one-night stay at Hotel Karuizawa Cross was absolutely wonderful! The Superior Bunk Room was perfect for our group of six—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure everyone had a comfortable and cozy space to rest. The bunk beds were sturdy and well-maintained, and the room had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
While the breakfast options were simple and limited, the quality and taste more than made up for it. The homely, delicious meal was a great way to start our day, and it felt like we were enjoying a homemade breakfast prepared with care. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming vibe of the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Karuizawa Cross to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!
