The room was fantastic and as expected. The food was delicious. Friendly staff. Billing dispute caused by a misunderstanding of terms, settled amicably and professionally.

Very bad, disporting stay, breakfast was like attending village wedding very noisy lack of hotel ***agement, totally mis***agement. Hotel is more consent of tourist rather then in house staying guest.

I feel the sterling resort was overpriced for the value it offered. The resort was still work in progress and not fully done. The play area was not upto mark. Rooms were ok. Food needs improvement

Huge property. Vast gated parking. Very helpful staff. Good things end here. Our room was in new block. It is very far from parking and reception and restaraunt. Room ac was not adequately functioning. Linen had 2 red stains. Towels were clean. Waahroom is small and it gets messy after taking shower. Floor doesnt dry due to inadequate exhaust. Breakfast buffet is average though idlis n omelette were very good. Poha had a bite n needed more cooking. Spoon or stirrer was not supplied in room with tea maker kit. Room was very spacious. Lifts are dingy.
