A beautiful view is just about the only positive of staying here. There is no elevator, and you actually have to get up two flights of stairs to get to the “first floor,” and steps are not all the same height. Thankfully, the staff carried our suitcases, nonetheless, staying with my 70-year-old mom, this was quite a difficulty. We opted not to have housekeeping services each day after seeing on our first evening the staff cleaning up a clogged/overflowing toilet with bath towels. The air conditioner barely worked and water could not hold a consistent temperature. Wifi also barely worked. If I were traveling in my teens or early twenties on a very tight budget, this might have been a good choice. As someone who now prioritizes comfort and cleanliness, I would not choose or recommend this hotel again.

A very nice hotel, I would definitely recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean, there are wonderful paintings throughout the hotel. There is also a coffee machine and kettle in the room. They renew capsule coffees every day. The location is great and the breakfast options were also very good, accompanied by the view.

Gardenia hotel tekrar gelecegim bir otel oldu. Odamiz 4. kat ve deniz manzaraliydi. Inanilmaz guzeldi denizin uzerindeymisiz gibi hissettik kendimizi. Otel temizdi, hergun odada temizlik yapildi. Oda da kettle disinda tchibo kahve makinesi bile vardi! Mini dolapta maden sulari ve sular vardi. Sezgin bey cok yardimsever ve ilgiliydi. Bavullarimiza biz soylemeden yukari kdar hemen cikardi. Kahvaltisini da cok begendik, klasik kahvalti disinda eksta hergun farkli tatli, kek, pogaca, hamur isleri , karpuz, kavun, erik vs gibi cesitler de vardi. Cayi harikaydi. Kahve makinesi de vardi. Benim en cok begendigim cevizinden tutun icme suyuna hergun portakal maydonoz vs bazen tarcin limon dereotu gibi detoks suyu bile vardi. Kahvaltidan once mutlaka o sudan ictim. Detaya bakar misiniz!!! bence yuksek standartta bi hoteldi. Isterseniz plaj havlusu da vardi giriste sepette. Baska ne olsun. Asansor yok evet ama bi zahmet ona bakip gelin eger merdiven cikamayacaksaniz gelmeyin zaten. Ben yine gelirsen yine 4. kattaki odamizi isterim. Bu guzel otel deneyimi icin Gardenia ya cok tesekkurler!!!! Tekrar gorusmek uzere!

Lovely hotel with amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. We were given a room on the 4th floor and the hotel has no elevator. If you have any physical issues, this might not be the hotel for you. The wifi was good. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was buffet style and had lots of variety. I recommend this hotel.
