Booked a hotel room for New Year's Eve. As a result of the tripcom service's dishonest attitude towards its work, the number was different from what was in the photographs in this application. This greatly ruined my holiday and holiday experience. As for the hotel itself: The location is very convenient, 30 seconds to the sea, 5 minutes walk to the center and the old marina. The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing is broken, everything you need is there. Breakfast is adequate, not a buffet, but you can fill up. The hotel has a great terrace with a swimming pool. Sea view rooms offer stunning views, especially at sunset. The service was adequate, they couldn’t solve the problem with the room, but again it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. All other requests and questions were resolved quickly. Good people work here. Special thanks to manager Ibrahim for his understanding and humane attitude. I recommend the hotel. But first, it’s better to check with tripcom representatives about the correspondence of the photos of the rooms in the service with reality.

I was there at the end of the season. The hotel was effectively empty. The automatic (Pir) lighting on the staircase was slow, leaving the staircase in darkness often. The dining room windows leaked flooding the floor. The walls were significantly damp in places. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off here and there; so was it generally in the hotel. After two mornings of cold showers, I asked if they could put the hot water on which they did, it was nice to have a warm shower. Somehow the wash hand basin was on a different system, so I had a cold shave for the third day in a row. I have been in business all my life, working with the public. I do not complain, I know how very hard it is to please all, all of the time. I am not a complainer, but there are times when one has to say something.

A once good hotel seems to be falling apart. Pros: great beach club and location Penthouse room amazing Cons: lots of Things falling apart poor breakfast Wi-Fi doesn’t work Staff nice but not Informative Loud music at night until 4am Wouldn’t go back

The worst hotel you could ever stay in. What awaits you: dirty walls and towels with stains and blood, broken furniture handles, dirty bed linen and lack of hot water. No one responded to the request to bring clean towels. Only when we went downstairs to complain about the small blankets did they bring us “clean” equally dirty towels and a blanket of the same size. When asked to solve the problem with hot water in English, since only cold water comes out. Bottles of cold water were brought from the reception. 😁 I recommend not to spoil your nerves and your vacation and choose another place for your vacation.

After 12 hours of travelling, confusion with the reservation was the last thing we needed. The staff on the front desk had no idea what to do and, without taking any ID or documentation, led us to a room that was not what we had booked (it was a double but we had booked a twin). It became clear that we would have no choice but to accept the wrong room for the first night and change to the correct room the next day. The hotel owner apologised and provided complimentary food and wine by way of compensation. The 'wrong' room had no towels, no toilet paper, no handle on the bathroom door and the balcony doors failed to close properly. We were moved to the correct room the following day and enjoyed the rest of the week at the hotel. The beds were really comfy, friendly staff, relaxing pool area, great food at the terrace restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Well positioned for a short walk into town and the private beach is really unique - there is no sand, so the sea comes right up to the edge where there are steps down into the turquoise water, fabulous.

Room was too small, dirty breakfast ingredients and bad staff in restaurant. Location is central and well located in Kas center. In overall I would not recommend.

We loved every minute of our stay at Hera Hotel. İbrahim, the Hotel Manager always went out of his way to help and make our stay incredible. He is so kind and always warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has everything you need. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, and has the best beach bar along the s*****(Pebble Beach). Jack runs the club and he is awesome. Always has a big smile, ready to help and always interacting with everyone. The bar has delicious food. Best pepperoni pizza!!!! From salads, to wraps, to yummy panko crusted chicken s*****, burgers,etc. Alllllll delish!! The hotel is in the most perfect location. A short 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Couldn’t have wished for better. We will definitely be back!! Thank you İbrahim and staff 🤗

We have been going to Kaş every year for many years. We chose Hera Hotel this year due to its location and appearance. Its two best features were that it had sea view rooms and that its private beach was free. However, as soon as we entered the door, many things were bad. First of all, we were kept waiting for 1.5 hours at the reception, the reason was that they did not make preparations even though we asked for 2 separate beds. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room were not working, we waited 1.5 days for this to be fixed. Some of the rooms in the hotel have been renovated, some are very old, I recommend you to choose the 2nd floor. The hotel's floors are very dark and there is no light at all. Despite this, the automatic lights turn off every 2 seconds. We had a hard time not falling down the stairs. They should extend the time a little. Also, the interior of the hotel was very neglected and messy. It is not nice to have pillows on the floor in the dining area. The breakfast was mediocre, little and tasteless, for example there was only one type of white cheese and it was too bad to eat. Instead of 7-8 types of fruits, more attention should have been paid to breakfast foods. The cleaning of the rooms is bad. 2 ladies are cleaning the whole hotel, so they cannot make it. Our room was still not cleaned at 18:00. We would choose it again. There are much better hotels with more affordable budgets in Kaş.
