Expensive and definitely not worth the money. Dirty and falling apart.
Luckily we found a Hotel in Kalkan to stay in after one night in Saylam Suites.

Otopark sıkıntısı var, tepede deniz gören ama merkeze araçsız gidilmiycek bir yer, tekli yatak çocuk için bile olamaz aşırı konforsuz,çekyat ise yatmak için sert klima salonda tek yatak odasını soğutmuyor, havlular da lekeler var, bir iyi tarafı kahvaltı beklediğimizden iyi çıktı

We have stayed in the penthouse with my wife and 2 kids. When we have entered the room, quickly realised that pictures were not reflecting the reality. Room was not well taken care of, therefore it was not fit for family stay. For this cost (over 100€) you can find better hotels in lovely Kas town. We booked the room for 2 days but left after first day. No reimbursement is made.

I've no idea how this hotel got 9.1 First, nobody but the owner speaks any English. And don't start about Turkey, blah blah blah. I've been to small hotels in Trabzon, Konya, Havsa - everyone speaks at least some English. Here in Kas there's mecca of Englishmen travel nearby - so that was surprising to say the least. Secondly, for nearly 100$ per night (off-season rate!) my sheets were all covered in yellow stains. Thank God they changed it with no questions. WiFi has one of those "sign in with your passport, shoe size and pin number to your credit card" things going and guess what - it doesn't work even if you fill it out right. Reception guy also tried it, then I guess he got tired of trying so he just gave me the internal password: 123456 for each data field. Enjoy it if you ever decide to stay here, which I don't recommend. Plenty of other apartment complexes and hotels closer to downtown, same price and with WiFi working. Be careful and turn your water heater on yourself upon moving in - else you'll have a cold water to shower because it takes nearly 3-4 hours to heat up to the max.
