Hotel was good and located at a convenient location, however the stairs were dirty, looked like not been cleaned from a long time, room was decent but the washroom was not cleaned and used toiletries from the previous guests were not cleared, hot running water was not there in the room, had to ask the staff regarding the same and they arranged it from other room. One problem was with the consumption of alcohol, i confirmed twice before buying the alcohol and at the end it was really embarrassing that they didn't allow it, had a lot of altercation with the staff for that. Service is very poor, very bad food experience. Nobody was there during check out, need to carry own luggage.

Rooms are clean & as shown in the picture. The view from the balcony is so good and relaxing. The food is so good. You will definitely like the rooftop dine in. The hotel staff is so generous.

The location is good with beautiful view. The rooms are clean. The best part is hospitality by staff they are polite and courageous to provide best service. I want to thank specifically bhavnesh and arsha for their soft skills.
