Sandton Hotel Kasese

Right in the centre of town. Close to shops. Awesome resturant with good quality Indian food. The receptionist and staff are all friendly. Breakfast is simple but good. The rooms at the back of the hotel are more comfortable. Would definitely come back.you

Very good hotel. They helped us through our stay. Reception and restaurant were brilliant. The room was kept tidy daily. All staff were friendly.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff at Sandton Hotel. Every person I met went out of their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for — not just as a guest, but almost like family. Their smiles, professionalism, and willingness to meet every individual need made such a difference during my stay. I would recommend Sandton Hotel 1000 times over to anyone traveling to Kasese. If you want to experience genuine Ugandan hospitality at its finest — this is the place to stay!

The rooms were clean and cool. The food was fresh and hot. The staff accommodated anything we needed for our short conference. I highly recommend them for travel, business, or vacations. The buffet they put together for our guests was very nice and everyone was happy with the 4 star service.

My experience at the hotel was terrible. The room was dingy, dark and dirty, at an unjustifiable cost. Bathrooms are tiny, poorly cleaned and smelly. Plumbing works very intermittently with water just trickling out of the shower. Curtains do not cover the entire window. No fan in the room in a very hot Kasese. Everything combines to ensure poor sleep quality, at high financial cost. The food is passable, but I found better quality better priced food in nearby restaurants. Overall, management needs to inject themselves with a good dose of honesty when interacting with customers.
