My experience at the hotel was terrible. The room was dingy, dark and dirty, at an unjustifiable cost. Bathrooms are tiny, poorly cleaned and smelly. Plumbing works very intermittently with water just trickling out of the shower. Curtains do not cover the entire window. No fan in the room in a very hot Kasese. Everything combines to ensure poor sleep quality, at high financial cost. The food is passable, but I found better quality better priced food in nearby restaurants. Overall, management needs to inject themselves with a good dose of honesty when interacting with customers.

The rooms are clean but many small irritants. Like nobody picks up the phone at reception they say call but they are busy chatting and don't pick up phone. Saw it with my eyes and personal experience. Also no glasses in the room. In double occupancythey keep one towel. Bathroom doors are of iron and no handle to pull it open. So if you are locked in you shout and expect some one else to break the room door and rescue you.reception area is too dark. Similarly light in rooms is not sufficient.the service is really slow. Just small rhi gs to improve and it can be a good place

Me and some friends stayed in Kasese for three months, and we came to Sandton almost every day. The staff took care of us like family, the food was always delicious, great outside sitting area, one of the few places in Kasese with good Wifi. If you ever have an issue or a question, the staff at Sandton will do everything to help you. The standard of both the service and the food is very important to the staff, and they always listen to suggestions. If you are in Kasese, you have to visit Sandton, if only for a coffee (the barista is amazing!)

A little dated now, compared to some, but professional staff and clean rooms in a central location make this one of Kasese's most popular hotels. Nothing to look at from the street but inner courtyard is pleasant place for a drink or meeting. Alcohol drinking frowned upon by 7th Day Adventist owner, according to friends. Very good buffet at 35k ugx.

Nous sommes restés deux nuits avant et après notre trek dans les Rwenzori début aout 2021. Ils ont gardé nos bagages gratuitement pendant le trek. Excellent accueil, chambres propres, excellent restaurant et petit déjeuner (inclus). Une heure de route pour aller au camp de base du Rwenzori Mountaineering Service (tout à fait raisonnable). Nous avons aussi visité la communauté locale, très intéressant et hors des sentiers battus pour touristes. Nous recommandons chaudement.
