This is a really great hotel! The rooms are spacious, bright, and very cozy. The service was excellent, and the breakfast quality was fantastic. 👍

Staying at the Atour Hotel was absolutely the best decision for my trip to Kashgar. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by a subtle lavender scent, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. The room was spacious and bright, and the smart facilities were incredibly convenient to use. The mousse mattress provided an exceptionally comfortable sleep. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. They proactively offered tips for exploring the Old City, which made me feel truly valued. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get to attractions and find places to eat. It was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kashgar!

My stay at Atour Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel thoughtfully provided a lovely complimentary afternoon tea set, and getting two Peet's coffees was a really nice touch. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore Kashgar Old City. Overall, my experience was incredibly pleasant and the value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Kashgar, I genuinely recommend it, and I'll certainly be staying here again next time!

Service: Check-in was very quick, even though I had to wait a bit, possibly due to a room type difference, but it was still good. The front desk staff were very patient. Cleanliness: Very clean. Despite a lot of dust in Kashgar, the room was spotless and comfortable.

The facilities are excellent, and the hygiene is clean and comfortable. The staff provides great service, very attentive. Parking is also very convenient.

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Kashgar, this one was by far the best. The location is super convenient, yet it's not in a noisy, busy area. Highly recommend!

I usually expect a certain standard from Hyatt hotels, but this one was quite a letdown. Let's start with the positives: the design is great, and the staff were genuinely nice. They even gave me several drink vouchers due to an issue with my room. The coffee was decent, and impressively, they still honored my unused coffee vouchers two days later – that's a nice touch. However, good service isn't just about good attitudes, as I experienced firsthand. Here are a few examples: 1) My reserved room wasn't available. They claimed to upgrade me to a suite (room 306?), but after waiting nearly an hour and a half, the 'suite' turned out to have only a narrow window squeezed between two buildings. Whether or not it was a genuine upgrade, they should have at least informed me about the room's specifics upfront. 2) I then moved to a room in building 6. It seemed freshly renovated. The small, broken window was one thing, but the smell was incredibly strong, and the bathroom had a terrible sewer odor. The combination of these smells was truly awful. I was in a hurry to get out, so I just put up with it, not wanting more hassle. 3) I turned on the humidifier, and when I returned, the room was enveloped in a dense mist. I actually thought something was burning... I have no idea why this happened; I've never encountered anything like it with humidifiers at home or in other hotels. 4) The electrical outlet on the right-hand bedside table was completely broken. Neither plugs nor charging cables would go in! This was ridiculous. I'm usually quite lazy and rarely write such detailed reviews. I typically give five stars if a place is even remotely acceptable, but this experience was truly intolerable. I hope the hotel makes significant improvements. P.S. Kashgar itself is a lot of fun!

This is hands down the most outrageous bad review I've ever given. I saw this hotel ranked #1 on some luxury list and blindly booked it for four nights. Check-in was normal enough for a luxury hotel, but then they put us in a completely separate building, detached from the main hotel. All the amenities – the gym, laundry room, or even getting to the underground parking – required us to walk from our building, through a public street, to the main hotel lobby, just to take an elevator. And our building wasn't within the hotel's secure perimeter; it was on a public street accessible to anyone. This means if you wanted to do laundry, you'd have to walk down a public street in your pajamas to get to the hotel's laundry room! Seriously?! And for food delivery, it only goes to a locker on the ground floor. Guests have to go down themselves to pick it up. One time I forgot my room card when getting delivery, and my husband had to run all the way downstairs from our room just to let me back in. Is this really a five-star hotel?! I dread to think what would happen if I forgot my phone too; I'd have to walk 100 meters to the main building in my pajamas to get staff to open the door for me. There are no staff at all on the ground floor of our building. I'd believe it if they told me it was an unstaffed self-service hotel, let alone five-star. Seriously, ladies, look for yourselves. We complained to the hotel the next day, and their solution was to move us to the main building, offer free breakfast, and upgrade our room. I completely disagree with this! I shouldn't have to waste my time and energy on a hotel, let alone move my luggage. First, there shouldn't be a discrepancy between the photos and reality. Second, these issues shouldn't be addressed only after I complain. We should have been informed beforehand. These rooms should be sold at a discounted rate, not as regular rooms. I've wasted an hour writing this review for your establishment, and I've accepted it. I'm just so furious.
