Ocean Paradise Resort is prachtig! Wakker worden kan je zo je veranda oplopen en recht op zee kijken. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpen je met alles. Spullen worden naar je kamer gebracht, elke ochtend wordt je kamer schoongemaakt en savonds zullen ze je kamer klaar maken voor het slapen. De floormanager Scott is een topper en komt elke dag even polshoogte nemen hoe het gaat, zal je alles vertellen over wat je wel en niet moet doen op het eiland (op basis van wat andere gasten leuk en niet leuk vonden) en super veel gelachen met hem. Wij waren hier in het regenseizoen en hebben in de acht dagen maar 2 keer regen gehad. Je weer app gaat zeggen dat het elke dag regent maar dit klopt dus totaal niet!

Wonderful architecture incredible entertainment at meal times and everyone so welcoming with the exception of Scott from Scotland who apparently heads up the catering team. Over our 6 day stay he made no attempt to engage with us and on our last night there wasn’t a table left to sit us at- what did Scott do? He left us standing in the middle of the restaurant and up to his staff to source an additional table, lay it up, wedge us closely between other guests and sort everything out. He also berated one of his team in public and told them that he had a long memory.... if conversations like that are necessary conduct them professionally away from customers. Having been in customer services and hospitality this is the worst manager I have ever seen. His staff are amazing despite him and so polite and smiling! Great place - wonderful atmosphere and will definitely return - once Scott has been re-assigned elsewhere!

Ocean Paradise Resort & Spa in Zanzibar is an absolute gem, providing guests with an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm hospitality, and the atmosphere is filled with tranquility and beauty. Let me specifically highlight Scott from Scotland, who truly went above and beyond to ensure guests' well-being. His attention to detail, kindness, and sense of humor made the entire stay extra special. Scott had a fantastic way of interacting with everyone, from children to older guests. He was always present, helpful, and infectiously positive. In addition I must mention; Aisha and her female assistent, the breakfast, lunch and dinner teams. Especially the pregnant waiter, the towel guys and the fitness instructor Mathias. Not to forget the tall beach bar man. You are all fantastic. We visited the SPA three times, thanks also goes to the two SPA-ladies. Great experience. Ocean Paradise Resort & Spa offers luxurious rooms, exquisite cuisine, and a stunning beachfront location. It's a place where you can unwind, enjoy the sunset, and indulge yourself. Thank you, all, for making our stay so memorable! All of you are true stars and a credit to the hotel. We look forward to returning and experiencing this paradise oasis again.

Moment de détente en famille dans une palmeraie magnifique. Le looby, les communs de ce resort sont exceptionnels. L'hôtel est fréquenté par une population germanique, cela ne pose pas de problèmes. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les guests, les repas sont bons, à thèmes chaque soir. Petit astuce, il y a un gouter à 16h30 pour tous les clients. C'est cool quand vous êtes en demi pension. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tv chaîne frzncaise tv5 monde, climatisation neuve fonctionne parfaitement, moustiquaire autour du lit, balcon pour les chambres type "garden". La boutique n'accepte pas le cash. Les boissons non comprises pour les repas, 1 bouteille eau 7000TZH. Profitez de la marrée basse pour aller jusqu'à la barrière de corail, et nager avec les étoiles de mer. Prevoir les chaussures car sur le chemin oursins et corail.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ocean Paradise Resort war einfach traumhaft! Die atemberaubend gepflegte Anlage umgab uns mit einer Aura der Entspannung und Ruhe. Die freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen verwöhnten uns mit ihrer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft, insbesondere Raymond von der Pool-Bar und der talentierte Chef am BBQ haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Essen war schlichtweg köstlich! Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss für die Sinne, und die Vielfalt der Gerichte hat uns stets überrascht und erfreut. Die Qualität der Speisen war erstklassig, und wir genossen jeden Moment unserer Mahlzeiten. Obwohl das Hotel weniger für Kinder geeignet ist, konnten wir als Paar die ruhige Atmosphäre und die malerische Umgebung in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Gezeiten beeinträchtigten zwar das Baden im Meer, aber die wunderschönen Strände und der Poolbereich machten das mehr als wett. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Ocean Paradise Hotel Sansibar eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die wir jedem empfehlen können, der nach Erholung, Entspannung und kulinarischem Genuss sucht. Hakuna matata!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe für 4 Nächte im Ocean Paradise. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnappartements sind klasse. Die Anlage einfach traumhaft schön. das Personal war super freundlich, besonders hat uns der Restaurant Manager Scott Anderson angetan. Der war immer sehr positiv gelaunt, super freundlich und immer sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat einen Geburtstag eines unserer Freunde hervorragend organisiert. Tausend lieben Dank Ocean Paradise, tausend Dank dem lieben Scott!!!!

This hotel complex is just beautiful but what makes it a superb place for a relaxing holiday is the staff and the food. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff who smile all the time and the food, whilst buffet style, was varied and of excellent quality. A special mention to Scott and Ajit who went the extra mile to ensure our every need was catered for. Thank you both so much.

Fabulous stay at Ocean Paradise. Amazing location - our room overlooked the sea and we saw the most beautiful sunrises. What made the place particularly special were the staff. Without exception all incredibly friendly, helpful and utterly charming. Big thanks to ‘Scott from Scotland’ who went out of his way to ensure we had a great time - a great character and lots of fun. Also Aisha, who was lovely, super-helpful and really made us feel welcome The other stand-out was the food. Different themes each night but always exceptionally good. Thoroughly recommended!
