The hotel environment is good, the beach is very white, but the price is too high. Let’s talk about the service first, the room needs an extra bed, and I have to wait for a few hours before I come; I need to get a switch plug, and there is no shadow until I check out; I check out on the last day and call on time, I really won’t let you for a minute. Delay. Besides the facilities, the bed in the standard room will move, so there are sizzling sounds upstairs and downstairs every day, and the sound insulation is very poor. On the wall, the hand cramps when you press it. In the villa, all the sockets are European-style. You must bring your own adapter. The swimming pool in the villa can only be regarded as a footbath, because it is only 60 cm deep.

We have a nice holiday in this hotel, the service, stuffs is super b nothing to complain about, the food is delicious, room, restaurant, reception and the riew of the hotel is fantastic with a great garden. We sure we will come again in paladice. Hakuna matata Zanzibar

Eine Mega schöne Anlage mit unfassbar netten Mitarbeitern. Die Restaurants sind wirklich top!! Auch das Main-Restaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen… das Meer ist so klasse und ideal zum schwimmen! Einzig die ,, massai,, am Strand nerven etwas… werden aber auch nicht wirklich aufdringlich Schöner wäre wenn Bänke in der tollen Anlage stünden…

Just returned from the most amazing two weeks here at the Riu Palace. The whole place has a fantastic a**osphere. The staff are always smiling and can’t do enough for you. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the food in the main buffet restaurant was excellent. Also if you are chilling round the pool by the ginger bar the staff there are lovely and will really get to know you. All in all we have just had the perfect 2 weeks and would highly recommend 👍

Fun and good energy ! Our room was too fantastic and when you come to restaurant the food was so delicious and good staff,, also the beach so good and ginger bar also the drinks and staff was so nice to us like Rehema j , Abduli , Tusa, paulina and Fatima and frank was good for nice to us

This was our first time in a Riu hotel and we loved it very much. The food, staff, room and beach were very good and we had a lovely time. Hopefully, we will be able to come back and enjoy the sun in this small part of heaven.
