It’s already our 2nd stay at Marijani. The room service and meals are all very nice. I especially like the lobster BBQ and salmon for dinner. There is a trailing beach after low tide.

At the beginning of this week, I went for lunch at the Lux Marjani Zanzibar . This hotel is simply amazing – everything is flawlessly organized and incredibly clean. The beach is amazing; the restaurant is located on the beach and presents an incredibly beautiful view. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed and were very comfortable. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. The service is excellent at Lux Marjani Zanzibar! I will recommend this hotel to all who want to have an incredible time here.

Lux Marijani definitely lives up to its name. It is a very luxurious property, the beach, the gardens, the rooms but most of all the Staff. The staff is incredible always so attentive.Alex, Godlisten, Glory, Christoper and many more staff members treated us like family. The general manager should be proud of the team at Lux Marijani. It is a beautiful place, big rooms.The workers are welcoming and nice! I love the fact that they make up for any mistakes, very satisfying. Hussein, is the best photographer! I loved my stay there. I will definitely visit with the family. Cheers!!!

Thanks to Rose, Aditya, Sumit & Chef Bilal who brought authentic Lebanese flavors to Zanzibar! We did a cooking class w/ Chef Rose & Cocktail making by the beach with Khamis, what a fantastic experience & we love the memories we made together

This is a small and personal hotel in an outstanding setting. The food and drink were exceptional and the management and staff excellent. This is our second time in Zanzibar and 1st at the Lux…Will definitely return and thank you for the memorable experience!!!

The online pictures accurately represent the beauty of this place. The stunning white sand beach offers breathtaking sunrise views. My birthday celebration was made unforgettable with a beautifully arranged room and a floating breakfast in the ocean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our every request.

As a LUX hotel traveler in the Maldives and Mauritius, I have to say that we were very disappointed. There were still almost no LUX elements in September 2023, just a short time after the takeover. The manager also communicated this in such a way that this is still a long process. Above all, the quality of the food and the selection were more than disappointing. CAFE LUX was not a real CAFE LUX and there were a lot of annoying salespeople on the beach. The positive thing is the beautiful little complex and the friendly staff, the staff definitely needs training. Overall, as a loyal LUX customer, I was more than disappointed. If you know LUX hotels, you know what I'm talking about.

OMG this place is truly the embodiment of luxury without being stuffy or pretentious. The location is paradise, on the ocean, with lovely sunrise and sunset views. The attention to detail in the check-in process and decor is magnificent. The food choices are exceptional and despite there being many food and drinks options, everything actually tastes good. The staff make the experience though. They were all so helpful and genuinely kind. By far, this was one of my best resort stays ever
