Greek Pride Villa Ellada

I rated 1 star since zero is unavailabe. We've stayed here for 8 nights but we regret our choice and we couldn't wait to leave. The villa is actually ok-ish and suitable for 4 adults since it has 2 rooms upstairs and one living+kitchen (reasonably equipped) downstairs. All rooms have balcony and there are also 2 bathrooms (one on each floor). And that's about it in terms of good things. The bad things starts with the view since the villas (all 12) are so close one to each other, there is only concrete, no garden and in the back there are unfinished buildings and a terrain where all are putting their garbage. The kitchen furniture is dated and degraded. After 11 hours of driving, after we've set the table to eat, this collapsed with all the food and drinks. The chairs were stained and ruptured. The ground floor bathroom has no mirror and nu ventilation. The door handle snapped and we had to repair it. The bathroom appliances were degraded and dated. They need an urgent replace. Even though the villa has a barbeque, we are still waiting the reception's answer if we are allowed to use it. But the main PROBLEM was that the villa were we stayed was, i think, the only one with turists. The neighbouring ones being inhabited by residents (according to receptionist) who's many children were unsupervised trough the entire day, thus being very very noisy. They even went to our pattio screaming and making noise. In the back, they managed to destroy a foam "castle" in less than 2 days. Even though we've told the reception this aspect, no measures have been taken. So, we've preffered to stay in the villa as minimum as possible even though we were in vacation and we were supposed to rest. We left more tired than how we arrived. This is the main reason why we will never come back and we do not recommnd this accomodation.
