Mint Retreat Suites

Well now! Here’s the thing! I would like to keep this to myself but that would not be fair and this place deserves a top review. We found everything to be of an exceptionally high standard. If you want peace and quiet away from the crowds this is the place for you. You will probably need a car as it is quite remote but with in easy access of the area and lovely beaches by car. These guys have put together a stunning place to stay and a wonderfully balanced level of hospitality and service. The gardens and views are spectacular. The accommodation is beautifully designed and maintained with daily service. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but healthy and organic where possible. There was enough variety and delicious attention to detail. In fact attention to detail was high all round. All the staff were friendly, and helpful plus they were keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For us it was one of our top experiences ever. So thank you Guys!

Absolutely stunning complex with the most breathtaking views. Everything has been beautifully designed and thought out and the rooms and brilliant. Lots of space and conveniences - like hooks in the bathroom and lots of space for toiletries to the brilliant sound system with their own playlists ready for you. The pool area is lovely and they play nice background music that wasn't too loud or annoying. It is the perfect place to relax. A lot of people hire cars but we decided not too and had no problems at all. As long as you don't mind some hills - we visited local taverns and supermarkets and the secret beach. They organised a taxi for us to visit another village - the team couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every day and when we had other meals at the bar it was the same quality. Absolutely loved this place and will be back soon.

THE most beautiful place for a relaxing soul enhancing break.......stunning very small resort, own little mini apartments. Surroundings are exquisite........views, cleanliness and food put of this world, a little piece of heaven. Will be back ....thank you Rhea and George x

What a great place! Very relaxing atmosphere and all the apartments are brand new. Very warm welcome by the owner and after we got settled he explained all the things you can do. Also a nice story on the history of the site and where the name “mint” comes from. The view is amazing from every apartment overlooking mt Olympus in the distance.

What a beautiful, lovely, peaceful place ... a little piece of paradise with outstanding hosts. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much and were totally spoilt by Rea or her parents. The grounds are beautifully integrated into nature, there is plenty of space to breathe everywhere. The flats are of high quality and tastefully furnished. Simply a place where you feel at home.

What to say .. We arrived at night and were amazed by the view the next morning, the place is perfect to rest and relax. The owners are really kind and carefull in satisfying all our demand .. always with the smile 😀 for instance, breakfast are already provided in our room and one day we needed to re-supply some bread, we sent a SMS to the owner and 1 minute after he came with it! If you are fed up of cities this is definetely thé place to go!

Mint Retreat Suites is a unique, peaceful and beautiful place! Everything has been designed with care and tastefuly, in real harmony with the environment. Beutiful, well mainteined gardens with olivetreas and wildflowers, breathtaking view, a place to truly relax and enjoy a peacefull stay. The suites are very spacious, confortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. Every room has a large terrace where we could enjoy the sunset view. On top of this, the hospitality is excellent, Rea and her family are very welcoming, always there for the guests and always with a smile! A place to highly recommend and definetely to return again !

You get there by driving up a small roadtrack through a field of centenarian olive trees. The discovery of the property is amazing with gardens of exceptional beauty and quietness. All rooms are very spatious and clean with a large terrace or balcony overlooking the hill and the seaside. Rea, the host and her father Apostolos are so kind and friendly. A perfect place for a peaceful retreat stay.

We had a superb 1 week stay at Mint Retreat and we're already planning a return trip. Amazing hilltop location with stunning views towards the sea. Being within it's own secluded complex it's exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool & bar area too. Selection of nice beaches within 10 mins drive. And a special mention for Rea & Apostolos who were our wonderful hosts, very helpful with local restaurant reservations and suggestions. They've created a beautiful sanctuary to be enjoyed.
