We are currently on holiday at the kassandra Palace and feel we wanted to write this review while we were here. The hotel is outstanding the grounds are immaculate and the facilities are excellent. The variety of food is fantastic and plenty of it . The staff are warm and friendly and can't do enough for you , the front of house restaurant staff are amazing and always have a nice chat and smile for you and are always interested in what you have done thar day inperticular Despina Maria Vangelis and Georgia they are a credit to the hotel.

We verbleven in mei voor de t****e keer in dit fantastische hotel. Mooie kamers, prachtig strand en zwemfaciliteiten, mooi onderhouden tuin en zeer lekker eten (niet evident voor buffet restaurant). Maar vooral de continue glimlach van de medewerkers zorgt ervoor dat je je onmiddellijk thuis voelt. Ook de kinderen werden weer fantastisch ontvangen in de kidsclub. We hadden een dag slecht weer en de kinderen mochten vroeger in het binnenzwembad (normaal tussen 18:00 en 19:00). Het was erg fijn dat het hotel hier rekening mee hield. Speciale dank aan Despina, Maria en Vangelis voor hun weeral warme ontvangst. Tot de volgende keer!

This is a repeat stay. In the year between visits, the hotel has invested in tasteful and elegant upgrades to the bedrooms and bathrooms. A new bar has been added, as well as an ice cream parlour. The hotel continues to offer food and service to the highest standard. The Spa is well run, with reasonably priced trea**ents, given by friendly and professional beauticians. We will be making this an annual holiday destination.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Customer service is excellent staff friendly from start at front desk housekeeping food and beverage team and guest relation was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends:)

Staff and Guest services in particular were outstanding, fantastic scenery from the beach, crystal clear water but just a little isolated Not much going on and very very quiet in the evenings which was disappointing to say the least - maybe better later in the season?

What a fantastic hotel, and what amazing staff. We stayed at the beginning of May to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary, (40), and we were well and truly spoilt. Lovely room and view, (161), the pool, the grounds, the beach, the bars and the restaurants were all first class. But the crowning glory was the staff, from Despina, the guest relations manager, (thank you for everything), to Constandinos, the beach bar manager, and Olga in the pool bar, and each and every other member of staff who made our stay so memorable. If you need a chilled break at a great hotel in beautiful surroundings, do your self a favour and book here.

Kassandra palace is absolutely beautiful. The staff are all polite, helpful and friendly; just amazing! Despina is such a lovely soul and Maria and Joe and everyone really! I had a wonderful time. I had a seaview room with amazing views. The gardens are well maintained with a tennis court which I loved. The private beach and pool areas are the most beautiful I have seen. The food is incredible! Lots of entertainment and spa, gym and shop onsite. It was beginning of the season and I am sure it’s even better later on in the season. I would go again. I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. But my stay was made even more incredible thanks to Despina ! She truly went out of her way to make sure me and my family’s stay was incredible ! I have been to many hotels and Despina is by far one of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. Thank you Despina-you’re the best.

I would like to share our experience ,during the date we stay to Kassandra Palace Sea Side it was all perfect. The hotel was so clean, food was so good we liked. The team of hote in reception and in place to restoran they are very kind . Always smile face😄.
