Leider war nicht bei der Buchung zu erkennen, dass die Unterkunft nicht gehbehindert ausgerichtet war. In der Remise gab es keinen Fahrstuhl , sodass wir die frühzeitig abreisen mussten. Für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet. Der Speisesaal wäre auch zu eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie sagten auf Ihrer Hotelseite wird es ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen. Bitte machen sie es auch. Es ist sehr schade, dass ich meiner Mutter keinen schönen Aufenthalt geben könnte. Mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie met vriendelijk personeel. Wij maakten gebruik van het kerstdiner wat ontzettend goed verzorgd was. We hebben genoten van het verblijf en het eten.
Minpuntje was dat er geen mogelijkheid was om koffie/thee op de kamer te zetten. Iets wat je wel mag verwachten in een hotel in deze prijsklasse.
Verder was het in het hele hotel enorm warm. In het restaurant zelfs zo warm waardoor iemand onwel werd.

Wir waren Ende Juni für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und sind ziemlich enttäuscht: Nach dem Einchecken bezogen wir ein Comfort Plus Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Balkon und Blick auf Kassel und die Fulda-Auen. Größtes Manko dieses Hotels sind die fehlende Air-Condition in den Zimmern, bei anhaltender schwüler Wetterlage ist das Öffnen der Balkontür nicht ausreichend für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die Zweite, gravierende Enttäuschung war das Abendessen (a la Carte) im Schlosshotel Restaurant: Wir hatten ein kleines Familientreffen geplant mit der angepriesenen „Spitzenküche“. Um es kurz zu machen, die Gerichte (Wolfsbarsch, Lammrücken und gebackener Sellerie) waren übelstes „Convenience Food“, also schrecklicher Fraß! - Auf die Frage der Bedienung, ob alles recht war, bat ich um Kommentar des Küchenchefs……Ob der überhaupt anwesend war oder die Hosen gestrichen voll hatte, konnten wir nicht feststellen. Fazit: Ein total überteuertes Hotel und nicht zu empfehlendes Restaurant in mit katastrophalen Preis - Leistungsverhältnis sollten von einem Besuch dort abraten.
