Der Preis lässt ahnen, dass kein Tophotel zu erwarten ist. Wer genau hinschaut sieht, dass er auf einer Tankstelle landet. Wer eintritt bekommt einen Nasenflash. Wir hatten trotzdem gebucht. Und dann: Dreimal vorher Kontakt, weil Rezeption nicht immer besetzt sei. OK. Aber am Telefon vorher kein Wort über die erste Überraschung. Erst beim Check in: das Küchenpersonal hat Corona. Frühstück gibt es nicht! Auch keinen Preisnachlass oder eine Empfehlung werden angeboten. Zweite Überraschung: Haustier ist erlaubt, aber heute nicht. Nur 2 pro Nacht und die sind schon da. Und nun? Hilfestellung? Nichts. Anruf bei Kollegen? Fehlanzeige. Auf Wiedersehen! Ganz sicher NICHT.
