Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.

Very friendly reception. Have immediately felt well. Rooms were very clean, generously cut and not inhabited. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Also here the staff was very careful, it was immediately filled, without the guests' advice, everything. We're coming back. Thanks!

Because I still haven't booked the telephone several days the promised confirmation had been received, I had called again at the hotel to find out that my reservation had been made in the wrong month. Finally there was a short-term room cancellation, so we got a cheaper room. We were then in the worst room (with a noisy, smelling kitchenette and smoking guests in front of the room) for much more money than agreed in the 1st reservation. When check-out, other guests were next to me who paid the price that was just mentioned to me. Also there was again a confrontation pushed by the staff, as we received the coffee paid in cash a 2. Once he wrote on the bill and accused us, as we contested, of liar. A completely absurd experience, a very unpleasant place, aggressive staff.
