Biz hizmet, temizlik ve lokasyondan memnun kaldık. Bayram döneminde gittiğimiz için biraz yoğunluk vardı. O nedenle asansör beklerken epey vakit harcadık. 20 katlı bir bina oldugu için 2 asansör yeterli gelmiyor herhalde. Kastamonu şehir merkezinde Dedeman kalitesini bulmak açıkçası bizim için memnuniyet verici oldu..

Park Dedeman Kastamonu'da konaklama deneyimimiz harikaydı! Otelin temizliği ve hijyen standartları oldukça etkileyiciydi. Personelin samimiyeti ve misafirperverliği de unutulmazdı. Oda konforu ve manzarası da beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Özellikle restoranında sunulan lezzetli yemekler ve zengin kahvaltı büfesi bizi çok memnun etti. Şehir merkezine yakın olması da gezme imkanı sağladı. Park Dedeman Kastamonu'yu gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Otel ***et temiz düzenli güzeldi ancak odadaki yapay ODA KOKUSU çok keskindi, o kokular yapay ve çok zararlı, migreninizi tetikleyebilir:( bunun yerine ayrıntılı temizlik sonrası herhangi bir koku sıkılmayabilir ya da esansiyel yağlar gibi doğal kokular kullanılabilir, otelimizin konumu odaların banyonun büyüklüğü yeterli idi.

Otelin konumu merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Tüm personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili. ***et temiz ve temizliğe önem veriliyor. Bu yönleri ile kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim. Diğer taraftan, ısı yalıtımı zayıf ve özellikle odada büyük ısı kaybı var. Isınmak için sadece klima mevcut ve sürekli çalıştırmak gerekti. Odada ses ve hava kuruluğuna neden oldu. Çevreye etkisi de düşünülmeli. Tüm havlular temizlik ve hijyen göstergesi olarak plastik poşet içersine paketlenmiş.Çok fazla plastik atık oluşturduğundan otel yönetimine bu uygulamaya son vermelerini tavsiye ediyorum
