駅から近いので選択しました。 他の口コミは良い点ばかり記載していますが、フロントの対応は顧客の立場での発言ではなかったので、口コミに書きます。古いホテルですが、部屋の広さや朝食などには不満はありませんでした。しかし、夜少し寒かったので暖房をつけていたところ、フロントから電話がかかってきて、「暖房でなく冷房をつけるように」と言われました。理由を聞くと「エアコンの屋外機が二部屋で1台しかない。違う設定だとうまく動かない。いまは冷房の時期だから寒ければ毛布にでもくるまっていればよい」と言われました。 こんな言われ方をしたのは初めてで、びっくりしてしまいました。機器の設定もそうですが、このような対応をすることにも問題があると考えます。 特に季節の変わり目に泊まる場合は、人によって体感は異なるし、もっと顧客側の立場に立った対応が必要です。 これから宿泊する方は、確認をされた方がよいかもしれません。
