Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region.

It is not clear whether the breakfast is a disgrace or not, I asked for food from the room service at 22:00 in the evening. They said that the kitchen is closed, there is no room service, I got the answer that there is a big chef outside. The staff of the hotel is extremely rude and arrogant. God help you if you accidentally come across the front office manager... Arab customers. They trust me so much that I said I would never stay at this hotel again, and their answer was, "Look behind you." What I saw was Arab guests. What a pity. By the way, even though I told them to change the TV menu to Arabic, they didn't care.

We arrived in Trabzon, Turkey on October 3rd and stayed at the 4-star Alissan Hotel for 8 days. My brother Faisel Ismail and friend Salah Almeer and I shared a room there. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist named Ms. Haneefa, who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel staff were all loyal and dedicated to serving guests and making them feel like part of the family. Our room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a variety of delicious food. We had a remarkable tour of Trabzon's beautiful weather, and we definitely plan to come back and recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

My sister and I stayed at this lovely hotel 7 nights. All the rooms have a nice view, but we were very lucky to have a Sea view room. The room is very clean, comfortable and the AC is very good. Breakfast was very good but dinner was very simple and not too much variety of food. Staff is nice and kind. The location is excellent and great surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants, a mall, big Supermarket and just seven minutes walk to the sea where you can swim and spend a lovely time. Easy to reach the centre of the city by the public bus which takes around 15 minutes only with a very cheap cost. I recommend this hotel strongly and would stay at this hotel again in my next visit to Trabzon

I was in the hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff was super super helpful. Ozgur at the reception was extremely helpful. The restaurant staff was not nice and even dud not Greet the guest. They were very cold. The dishes were not named and I was clueless of what I had to have fie breakfast. I was ordering one dish for dinner a pasta. On the final day the price was more than double. I observed it only when I received the bill with the food. It was so un professional the way the restaurant operated. The room was excellent abs cozy. Only plus point my stay was the front Office staff the lady and ozgur and the room. I feel hotel need to be more professional and hope the management will take action. I am planning to visit again but my fingers are crossed of my stay in the hotel. These are my genuine comments

Not a bad hotel.. We had some inconvenient situations like.. Water was cut off for about 5 hours.. The breakfast was acceptable to some extent.. Bakery items are minimal and not fresh.. Cleaning is not pleasant.. Only replacing shower gel and towels and the bed quickly without cleaning surfaces and carpets... Location in vital... Some staff are very good and some other need to be trained.. They customer requests... Either dont understand or ignoring them
