Dear Customer, I would recommend reading my feedback on the Real King Suite Hotel. 1. When I booked my room at the hotel and attempted to contact them before arriving at the property, they did not correspond back to me via *********** online platform/messenger. I found that as a defect as customers may require specific requests before check-in 2. There is an evident language barrier with the hotel staff; they do not speak English, which is a barrier for tourists. 3. The cleaning staff do not clean the rooms on daily basis; you have to request it from the hotel’s reception. We requested cleaning our suite on the 3rd night of our stay, and the cleaning staff was delayed. 4. One critical aspect of the hotel’s services is its unsecured (non-encrypted) Wi-Fi network; your apple, android, or windows device will immediately recognize the network as unsafe, and it will inform you that personal data can be jeopardized. I used a dedicated VPN service on all my three devices. The VPN further slows the internet. 5. We are in a pandemic, right? I guess the hotel did not pay much attention to disinfectants, including Alcohol sprays and gels; there was none on the upper floors of the hotel, and only a few were available in the lobby only! We had to buy our own from a nearby pharmacy. The cleaning staff also do not use disinfectants when they clean the room. Finally, I feel I should provide an insight to enhance the quality of service at Real King property; the hotel staff and management need to further enhance their language and interpersonal skills; I wish them all the best.
