2nd year back, some new faces, but still the warm family vibe from a traditional Cretian Hotel. Hotel staff are amazing, very accommodating. From Costas the Hotel Manager to Illias the Head Chef, to Benni the Barman, everyone of them makes you feel relaxed and welcome. The amenities are great, the food amazing and let’s keep the “All inclusive drinks” quiet eh 😉. Thoroughly enjoying our stay here again, voted Best Hotel by Trip Adviser last year, not hard to see why. So booked again for next year.😊😊

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are meticulously cleaned every day. The pool area is well-maintained and enjoyable. The food is fresh and diverse, with various Greek dishes available. Chef Ilja puts a lot of effort into making sure everything tastes great. There are plenty of vegetarian options and desserts. We sampled local wine and spirits at the bar. The hotel is right by the sea, and the beach is easily accessible. There's also a parking lot right by the main entrance, so no issues with parking. We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Ilias chef rewelacja. Pilnuje porządku aby każdy gość był zadowolony. Perfekcja. Obsługa majstersztyk. Uśmiechnięci pomocni. Takie rzeczy nie zdarzają się na co dzień . Uważam, że pobyt tutaj to radość spokój i niesamowita atmosfera. Chciałbym tak być przywitany wszędzie gdzie był pojechał.

On holiday at this incredible hotel. All staff are amazing, cannot do enough for their guests. Front of house staff welcome you every day with smile and accommodate your ever request where possible. Fabulous knowledge of places to visit and eateries whilst you’re out and about. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Equipped with kettle and hair dryer also. Bar man friendly and always on hand to mix those drinks just the way you like them. Ilias the head chef is amazing and cooks up some amazing foods. Moussaka being one of my many favourites. Plenty of choice. Great salad bar. There is always something to satisfy everybody’s different tastes. Would not Hesitate to book to come back here again. Been a fabulous stay.

Arrived on Monday, very friendly and accommodating, hotel is clean and well laid out. Food is excellent, staff are amazing and very friendly. Ilias the executive chef lovely food and great choice, also a friendly guy. Would definitely recommend the Diogenis blue palace.

Fabulous vacation at Diogenis Blue Palace. Captivating sea views and delightful cuisine. Chef Ilias and the entire food and beverage team (especially the hardworking wait staff) were wonderful - freshly prepared meats, seafood, pasta and authentic Greek treats (lamb, calamari, octopus, spinach pie, loukoumides, bhaklava) daily. Ilias and his staff checked on all the guests and families every day. Surroundings were constantly cleaned and beachfront was well maintained, easy access to neighbourhood shops and eateries. No rowdy and drunk tourists or visitors fighting for sunbeds/umbrellas, crowd was mature and well behaved. Friends said that snorkeling on the reef was excellent, an abundance of marine life including turtles. Bartender was super kind and attentive. Stella, the inhouse entertainer, was dynamic and vibrant and she sang in 5 or 6 languages for the guests, newlyweds and birthday people. Thekla on the front desk was warm and hospitable, offering directions, transport and tour advice. Thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and a superb stay. We've been to many all inclusives across Europe, Dom Rep and Caribbean, but the personal touch made all the difference. Fantastic

Après un début de séjour un peu compliqué, pas de climatisation dans la chambre, nous avons grâce au manager très compréhensif et fort sympathique pu changer de chambre. Nous avons pu apprécier les atouts de l'hôtel , emplacement idéal en face d'une belle plage de sable privée, proche des commerces. restaurants et bars. Cadre très agréable, tous les services sont regroupés près de la piscine. Propreté irréprochable tant dans les espaces communs que au niveau de l'entretien des chambres. A souligner la disponibilité et le sourire de la personne à l'accueil parlant qui plus est français. Buffet un peu réduit mais s'explique par la taille de l'hôtel. Après un effort est fait pour proposer tous les jours un plat grec différent . Desserts particulierement bons. Le show du chef nous a beaucoup diverti. Bon rapport qualité prix. J'ajouterai que mon petit compagnon à 4 pattes était le bienvenu.
