Es ist alles super das Hotel hat seine fünf Sterne einfach verdient und die Massage die die Emma gemacht hat war eine echte Erholung es lohnt sich einfach hier hin zu fliegen und die Zeit zu genießen der Service ist auch sehr nett und freundlich

Wee all had back massages and they where brilliant went in with sore back and came out without it would recommend staff are really nice and always there to help you with everything. My son also had 1 and he feel asleep as he was so relaxed. Wee got the scrub and I would recommend it as my legs where really soft

the food is avarage, we found some bugs un the room. we could not lock the back ......................................................................................................door. other wise everything wasvery good.

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Gouves water park. My children didn’t want to leave! The staffing was superb, especially Voula at the restaurant who really looked after our family, and made us feel so welcome- she is an absolute credit! Also Linda from housekeeping was just wonderful, made sure our towels and drinks were topped up daily, and again fantastic with our children. We had a family swim up room and would 100% recommend this room upgrade. The kids made so many friends with our neighbours and it really made our whole holiday so special. Thankyou. The only one single negative I have of our whole holiday was the pools are absolutely freezing! Which is such a shame, as I couldn’t even get into the pool but it didn’t stop my kids and husband! We will definitely return to this lovely hotel, the wonderful staff and great food made our holiday! Thankyou.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Massage und Peeling Behandlung. Wir waren beide zwei Mal dort und sind begeistert. Das Team ist sehr nett, die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ruhig und sauber. Angenehme A**osphäre, Entspannungsmusik und Kosmetikprodukte.

I took a lady I look after from may 6th for a week we really really enjoyed it not one complaint did we have. The hotel is fab the staff, the food, every thing! Micky and matteo were soooo funny made are holiday . Will be returning soon as we can. Thanks x

L’hôtel est super pour les familles, piscines au top pour les enfants. Très bien situé ! Les chambres sont très propres rien à dire. L’isolation phonique des chambres est très légère ! Je dirais que l’hôtel est anglophone personne ne parle français il faudrait au moins une personne francophone à l’accueil. Côté restaurant la nourriture est variée et bonne Les boissons par contre en self service sont de qualités très très moyennes, chimique….( boisson en poudre) a revoir !!!! J’ai pour ma part ressenti que les repas et petits déjeuners étaient fait en fonction de la population anglaise. ( dessert en gelée, petits déjeuners beaucoup de choix en salé et pas grand chose en sucré) De 11h a 18h il y a le snack ouvert avec pizza burger et pita à volontés) Ainsi que les glaces. La dessus j’ajouterai qu’il manque pour les enfants des crêpes ou gaufres parce que la glace toute l’après midi pas terrible. Pour finir le gros point négatif je dirais que l’hôtel se trouve sous un couloir aérien mais après deux trois jours on entend moins les avions . Ce fut de belles vacances en Crète au Water gouves Park Je le recommande pour les familles.

Hôtel bien équipé. Personnel très réactif ,poli et discret. Le buffet est diversifié et bien achalandé. Les piscines sont chauffées par le soleil et malheureusement nous en avons un peu manqué lors de nos vacances mais il y a de nombreux équipements pour les petits comme les grands.

Bardzo udany rodzinny pobyt . Obsługa hotelu na wysokim poziomie , miła uśmiechnięta i pomocna . Pokoje czyste i zadbane , Panie sprzątające naprawdę dają z siebie wszystko . Szacunek za ich ciężką pracę . Animatorki stanęły na wysokości zadania ,podchodzą zagadują pytają o samopoczucie iście rodzinna a**osfera (pozdrowienia dla Marleny i Lidki - świetne animatorki) . Jedzenie - cóż tu pisać , tak różnorodne i w takiej ilości że każdy nawet nasz niejadek znalazł coś dla siebie . Polecam obiekt dla rodzin z dziećmi . W basenach woda czyściutka - na zdjęciach obiektu tego nie widać ale naliczyliśmy 10 basenów w całym obiekcie od brodzika dla najmłodszych do pływania dla dorosłych plus aquapark i zjeżdżalnie w tym jeden główny z podgrzewaną wodą .
