Activities are spread out and reasonable size for families however coming from nz / australia feel this was more suitable for Japanese people coming from the city for an “outdoor experience”. We had cabin Bbq and food was ok however feel that I could’ve just bought same from supermarket (I.e, tasty but nothing special). No hot water in the morning for shower. Staff are not trained for English speakers (both my son and partner speak Japanese so it was ok for me and to be expected as it’s japan however only a few were helpful to myself as an English speaker, something to be aware of if by yourself). Being a new resort, some staff gave incorrect information meaning we had to go back and forth a few times to get correct information. All in all, for the price paid I would not stay here again as I could get similar experience in other places for cheaper price. Was OK.

The hotel is located next to the train station. It is very convenient for dining, shopping and traveling. The service staff has a very good and competent attitude. The cleanliness of the room is also very good. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The breakfast was great, with the ladys in Kimono explaining a bit and the view was superb. Most restaurants close in the evening, so we could see a lot of people storming the convenient stores^^.
