Dinner for 3 people We ordered from the course menu, but it was changed to a buffet. I don't know why...I want a refund for the difference. I was disappointed that the dinner I was looking forward to was changed to a buffet. It's the worst.

ペットと同室のイーストヒルを利用 広くて良いデザインの客室でとてもくつろげる バルコニーからは海が眺められる 早目にチェックインしたのに いつのまにか夕食タイムに 食事場所は離れている 寒くなければ歩いても良さそうです 車で向かった為 アルコールは飲めませんでした ブルーベリーワインは飲みやすくて良いそうです 朝食は和風の方が少し豪華です 部屋 に貴金属を置き忘れスタッフから連絡が来ました 大感謝です ご当地アニマルのキョン 他の地域のキョンと異なり人と遭遇しても堂々としています。

今回宿泊したサウスヒルは、駐車場の出入口が2か所有り、1か所は街路樹で区切られているが半分段差があり、夜間の照明も無い為、車を出す時に底を擦ってしまった。施設内を宿泊客で移動させる所なのだから、車をぶつけない様にする対策をしてほしかった。 今回の件をフロントに言うと「今までトラブルは無いので問題ない、暗いのは普通」との対応でした。 夜8時15分に卓球の予約をしてフロントに車で向かい受付には誰も居なく呼び出すベルなども無く、呼んでも来ない為、おみやげの販売のレジ締をしている人を見たら対応してくれましたが「お待たせしました」等の挨拶もなく残念な感じがしました。 ブルーベリー狩りが出来ることもコチラから言わないと案内も無く、 余りにもフロントの対応が残念だった所が多いので口コミを書きました。

お客さんはほとんど小学生前後のお子様連れのファミリー。 20代カップルの我々はやや肩身が狭かったですが、 負けじとスポーツを楽しみました。 ※ところどころにキョンという子ブタサイズの鹿がおり、 フンが落ちていますので、芝生で遊ぶ際はご注意を。 客室のお風呂は、とても新しくジャグジー付きでした。 シャワーを出すのがボタン式で、浴室内の床もクッション素材と、 今新築の家を建てるならこんな設備にもできるのかー・・・と勉強になりました。 ごはんはとびっきり美味しいわけではありませんが、 大人が食べられるものがメインで、おなかはいっぱいになりました。

お部屋が広く清潔感があり、ランチでいただいたハンバーグや、夕食バイキングもとても美味しく（特にカツオが絶品です！）、大変素晴らしいホテルです。広大な敷地を散歩するも良し、テニスコートやサッカーグラウンドで遊ぶも良し、多目的室で卓球やバドミントンも楽しめます。ホテル従業員の方もとても親切なのですが、貫禄ある女性が一人、態度が悪いです。びっくりしました。そこだけが残念です。普段書き込みはしませんが、あえて投稿いたしました。態度を改善するべきです。

予約したのは、サウスヒル ツイン（禁煙ルーム）。 リゾート系の宿なので広めで快適。 バスルームとトイレが別になってて、とても広かったのも満足度が高かった。 チェックイン後に少し外を歩いてみましたら、敷地の芝生がフカフカでメンテナンスがとても行き届いてるんだな。と思いました。夏はプールなどもあるようですので、機会があったらアクティビティも、トライしてみたかった。 何よりとても静かだったので、日常から切り離された感じの気分で リフレッシュ出来た。 知名度はそんなにないのかもしれませんが、ゆっくりとリフレッシュする。という 目的にはピッタリだと思う。ワーケーションで１週間ぐらい滞在したいな。とか思いました。
