I have stayed at this Courtyard Marriott many times, as it is located not far from my parents’ senior apartment. I am also a frequent business traveler, and I have noted that the cleanliness and quality of the service are consistently excellent; the hotel ranks well relative to properties I visit around the country. In the last few weeks, however, Henry from the Katy team has gone above and beyond to help me as I have made reservations for visiting family members coming to visit my mother, who is on hospice.
