Needs a better breakfast.a doughnut or something.

The first room they gave us was trashed, looking like a party had gone on. The second room was clean but had minor issues throughout the whole room, including stained sheets and towels. They didn’t even have any Do Not Disturb signs for the door. The room simply isn’t worth the money they charge, even with a discount. We wanted to cut our 3 day stay to 2 but the manager refused to refund us for the 3rd day. Since we booked with Priceline, I tried that route but the agent said it’s at the hotel’s discretion. He talked to the front desk clerk but couldn’t get him to budge. I won’t be using Priceline again, and certainly won’t stay here again.

I stayed at this property with my mom and daughter I arrived at like 3am on Sunday morning after a concert. While being checked in the guy behind the counter, made a few comments about sleeping I had said I work night idk when I will go to sleep. I then got all the things and got back in the car and parked we grabbed our things out the car and headed up to our room. When we got up there the front desk guy was walking by the room which I found weird but not to weird.. I then started unpacking a few things and getting my daughter ready for bed. I realized I had not gotten my Id back at the front desk I had been in the room for like 5 min I went to go down to the front desk and I opened the door and the front desk guy was literally right outside the door like when we came up. At that point I was really creeped out and feeling kind of unsafe. So I get my Id back and I walk out the front door and walk towards the back and light a cigarette then the front desk guy came out the back door and asked for a cigarette which I gave him but I finished mine as fast as I could he tried making small talk but I was short with him I finished quickly and went inside and never left the room again because I was so weirded and creeped out I felt unsafe I didn’t even go down for breakfast cause I was still so creeped out I felt that was weird stalker behavior.. what if I was alone and not with others would it have escalated? I just wanted to let you know my experience so it maybe doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will not be staying at that location again… due to this situation

I just want to thank all the wonderful staff members at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kaukauna WI, I made a booking by mistake and even though they have a non refundable policy they were so understanding and they refunded me in full. I received great service and assistance. Thank you thank you for helping me, you guys really went above and beyond to assist me. Lelanie

The hotel is ok. If you need something cheap and easy access from the highway it’s an ok option but the place you can tell was very cheaply remodeled and the finish work on a sub par. Also I was willing to pay the fee for ease of use but $40 cash to the “manager” for early check in was pretty sketchy. The breakfast was also just ok. The area was clean but only had the waffle machine working. No juice and the machine was “broken”.

It was clean and the staff was friendly, but I had to pay extra cash when arriving early. I was led to believe I could possibly end up registering late if I chose to wait for the assigned check-in time. I also, did not get any reciept for charges when I checked out.

The property was right off the highway and close to where my family is located. We had to pay an extra $120 for two nights because of our dogs, and we weren’t even in the room other than to sleep. The sofa was worn, the floors were cold. Some things i expect to have when we travel with our dogs, but to have to pay that much extra that was not reasonable. The bed was clean though, and comfortable. I think the owners were there when we checked in, their family was in the lobby the couple of times I walked through.

Room smelled of mold. No real blankets on beds. Bathroom wall repaired with wrong material and not painted. Breakfast area dirty and messy. Only toast, bagels and waffles offered. Mini frig was growing a massive ice ball. Juice machine out of order. Sink very filthy. Not enough styrofoam plates & plastic silverware. Do not stay here

My wife and I had an event North of Kaukauna and the Days Inn at 1201 Maloney Rd was the closest one and seemed decent. It was relatively clean but did have an odor, almost a faint sewage smell. The bed was rock hard and pillows flat. When we left at 6:15am the morning of January 25, 24' the "continental breakfast" that was supposed to be open was completely dark. there was nobody at the front desk and it too was dark. There was a note saying the attendant was busy to call for him/her. We thought, we do not want to bug them if they are busy, we will just try to find something on the breakfast counter. There was nothing. I noticed the office door in the back was open and there was a light on. I went to see if I could find the front desk person. I found them, passed out at the desk with a half bottle of Corona sitting next to his head and several empty bottles. I woke him up and told him, at this point we just want to leave. He groggily got up and fumbled with the computer telling me I would get a reciept by email. We will NEVER return. After reading others reviews, we should not have stayed there. It then became much clearer why on a Thursday night we were the only ones staying there. Next time I will not let my wife choose the hotel.
