The structure of the hotel is excellent, very new and clean, the hot water in the shower may be lacking if you don't know how to use it. The administration staff is extremely dedicated to serving customers. The hotel is far from the center of Kotor, but with a car or taxi everything can be solved.

Stayed in a room with direct pool access, with two kids, 13 and 9. Over all an excellent experience. The hotel is brand new and modern and comfortable in every way.
Breathtaking view, quiet and peaceful, two clean and large swimmingpools, good sized room with fridge and kettle, and nice and friendly staff.
The breakfast was great (omelette, bread, croissants, pancakes, marmelade, Nutella, two different cheeses, fruit & vegetables, ham, coffee, juice) and was served on our private terrace outside the room every morning.
Definitely recommended - we will be back!

The hotel was excellent except that it lacked a proper restaurant and the available menu was very limited apart from the breakfast which was good. Perhaps the menu would have been more extensive if we had gone in high season. The place is quite isolated with no bars or restaurants within walking distance, a hire car is essential. Overall a great place.

The property is clean, the bedding towels are new. Pool is huge. They have an amazing staff. Very accommodating. Seyed or Seyec was very generous of his time in driving us to the airport twice. Very friendly and was concerned of our safety. I definitely recommend this property for those who wants serenity.

The hotel is new. The rooms are spacious and clean. The two outdoor swimming pools are very pleasant with a lovely view!
Small downsides on the "kitchen" of the room, which does not have anything for cooking or even soundproofing.
Breakfast is not bad, served on the terrace but for which there is no choice (except for eggs and juice): plates are brought directly without consultation, which can be wasted.
