Great location. The nature gives them everything and probably more, but …When we made the reservation from the reception give us a price for our stay - today when we pay this price was DOUBLE. We try to explain and ask what is changed that much- they set: “Sorry it is our fault - it is some understanding between reservation sistem and our staff. But we can’t do anything for you at that situation! “Great costumers service! Thanks you very much for HOSPITALITY you give us ! P.S.I will never come back but for your future guests improve the food and drinks, please!

food reheated each day anew. quite poor quality alcohols and even with a small number of guests it ends daily. service is not too bad, but they are constantly asking for tips. I would like to add that if guests are staying in the hotel, the heating in the pool should not be turned off. rating 2/6

The room is not clean enough no water to drink in room they charge over 50 euros per person A day but service is zero I don’t recommend you have charged people to much with out service manegement is very bad get proper manager

Hotel położony z dala od czegokolwiek. W pobliżu nie ma absolutnie nic więc jeżeli ktoś nastawiony jest na basening to polecam ponieważ basenów jest dużo i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obok hotelu znajduje się aquapark - dosyć fajny jak ktoś lubi. Jedzenie to typowa masôwka Spory wybór ale żebym jadła ze smakiem to nie. Poza tym kolejki i wpychajacy się ludzie to normabw tym terminie. Pokój nie był sprzątnięty a jesteśmy tu piąty dzień. Mamy pełno piachu na podłodze i tak sobie leży. Jedynie co jest robione to wyrzucane śmieci i zmieniony ręcznik na podłodze. W pokoju brak kawy czy herbaty więc dla nas ten czajnik totalnie bez sensu. W toaletach basenowych śmierci przeokropni. Pokoje są spore i dość przyzwoite. Zejście na plażę to jak zejście że śnieżki ale plaża akurat mi się podobała i jeżdżą busiki co godzina więc to na plus.

Very good all in hotel with nice local food. We stayed in a spacious appartement which was definitely worth the money. Second time we visited, animation is good. Tourists here don't have the disgusting habbit of laying there towel when they are not by the pool. Nice aqua park with slides and kiddy park.

Everything superlative as we expected. The downside is the discomfort caused by the lack of a private beach. Also the head of the animators is biased and lacks common sense. Shame about the rest of the team wich is awsome. Otherwise, 4 clean stars.

We had booking there from 12.07.22 to 16.07.22 But we left on 15 its all inclusive but no service if you go there dont take all inclusiv the food is reheattet every day like a cantine food very bad drinks and so on the water in hotel room smell like toilet water so it was all most imposible to make my daughter brush and my self the bed in Living room imposible to sleep in its hard like Stone the snack bar that say in the folder for snacks is only bread and Old cookies yea i Can keep going

Jesteśmy w tym hotelu od wczoraj i póki co: - w samym hotelu i jego okolicach są tysiące os, nie można nawet na chwilę przestać się ruszać bo od razu siadają na człowieku i zaczynają kąsać, - prawie nikt z pracowników nie nosi maseczek, goście też nie. W związku z tym że jest tu dużo gości lokalnych to nie mamy ŻADNEJ gwarancji że nie zarazimy się tu covidem. To że pracownicy restauracji i kuchni nie noszą maseczek bądź mają nos na wierzchu to po prostu skandal, - od wczoraj próbuję doprosić się o o naprawienie suszarki do włosów w pokoju, bezskutecznie, - miniclub to jakiś żart (załączam zdjęcie). Brudny kąt obok ekranu na którym wyświetlają mecze, tuż przy recepcji. Dzieci bawią się W PRZEJSCIU, zero bezpieczeństwa, w dowolnej chwili mogą odejść a animatorki nawet nie zwracają na to uwagi. Marzę o tym żeby już wracać do domu.

Excellent family resort with plenty of activities to keep the smile on your face. The food is quite ok and the rooms are very spacious, but the best part was the animation, which was the best I have ever experienced, the aqua park is OK but for kids over the age of 10, the climbing park is great and the whole family enjoyed it a lot.
