Loved my stay. Loved the room. Loved the location. Do NOT utilize ******* or other 3rd parties if your room needs are very particular.
******* changed my room selection without my consent or notice and the Hotel was completely booked so I had no other options to pivot too.
They could see that the change has been made by ******* but never said anything at checkin. It wasnt until I got to my room and saw it only had one bed vs two.
Hilton offered ZERO solutions or apology for my predicament. No discount for the inconvenience or anything! It was just an excuse me, I need to check other people in.
