We stayed at this hotel so we could attend the KC Chiefs Super Bowl parade. The parking was very difficult to navigate. The clerk did not provide any information of where and how to use the hotel lot. When you arrive at the hotel there are no parking signs where you would normally park to check in. When we returned to our car parked on the street there were 4 cars parked in the no parking area. Better signage would have been super helpful. Also , only one elevator worked. Not great on probably one of their busiest nights all year.

The first room we were given should have been blocked off since it was missing a thermostat and the electricity didn't work, but the front desk staff corrected it right away and got us in a different room immediately.
Staff was nice and accommodating and the hotel was well appointed and in a great location.

Staff was very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Parking on site!
