Great buffet breakfast. Nearby KC Streetcar stop that runs for free to many attractions including Sea Life, City Market, the Plaza, UMKC. Room was clean. We had trouble with the TV but it was fixed promptly. Neighborhood is still getting renovated but seemed safe to walk to Streetcar stop and to a nearby church and restaurant.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, very suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean and tidy and very quiet.
The downside is that you have to pay for parking, and guests who drive themselves have to pay extra. But the front desk guy is very good and helped me waive it this time.
The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient
The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is relatively stable.

The Customer service Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable and Helpful………. She made sure we were close to the pool area and where all the main attractions were located

Great stop on a long Christmas road trip. Check in was quick and the room great. Nice and quiet, then up early for breakfast and on the road.

What a wonderful place to stay. We were in room 236 and it was wonderful. Clean! Great shower that had pressure. Comfortable beds. It had a great large size tv. That welcome is when we came in on the screen. Has a microwave, refrigerator, desk, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of plug ins. Breakfast was free. One of the best I have had. They had a lot to choose from. Door is loud when opening and shutting it. I was afraid I would bother someone. We could hear someone walking around some above us. But it didn’t keep us from sleeping good. If ever in area again. Will be staying here. By the way there is a fee to park. Staff were very friendly and kind. Also try Joes Kanas city BBQ. It’s delicious. There will be a line.

Location was convenient on the Streetcar route. We were able to check in early and store our luggage at the hotel which was really helpful!
