I liked this property. The decor was nice. The rooms were comfortable. The window over the street was interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't care for was the parking. The choice between valet and street was disconcerting to me. And it seemed like after we paid for valet the car should have been moved more quickly to the garage.

Best and easiest valet check-in ive uad in Kansas City. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly.
The only downside I didn't consider was the proximity to Union Station and railroad tracks. We could hear trains passing by all through the night.
The walls all also paper thin... our neighbors gave us quite a show (and vice versa).

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was cleaned once. When I queried this at the desk it was suggested that I had the do not disturb sign up. I didn't. We paid a deposit for colleges room via ******* but Indigo took the full price and held onto the "incidentals" deposit. They appeared to have no interest in sorting this issue out and blamed *******. On the other hand the rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable.

This hotel is fabulous. The staff go above & beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful with high windows for an awesome view. The shower is to die for, I didn't want to get out! Had the best water pressure of any hotel I have stayed at. We went to a concert. Called a taxi for the trip there due to rain but we were able to walk back to the hotel afterwards, only six blocks. I love downtown KC! Can't wait to stay again.
