Robert k. was the absolute best bartender we have ever had. Being a family of 5, coming to a new location can be overwhelming and he made it the best experience at this hotel and made my husband and I enjoy some alone time at the bar. We want to thank him personally for our experience and he should be promoted.

The service was amazing and the hotel was perfect. High compliments to management, Don in the concierge suite and Liz in housekeeping. Don and Liz went above and beyond and ensured we will always come back to Intercontinental when staying in KC!

I enjoy staying here when I come to Kansas City for a visit. The location on the Plaza is perfect and walkable. A beautiful and welcoming situation. I recommend it.
