They put me on a floor with a broken icemaker that never got fixed over the holiday weekend. It's the middle of the Summer, and they didn't even leave a couple of bottles of water in the room to help start me off. Odd. Minus those two things, the hotel is very nice and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Nice views and great staff.

The location of the hotel is good, which is equivalent to the center of Kansas City. It is very convenient to walk to supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a very unique local barbecue restaurant nearby, which can also be reached on foot. The room is relatively large. However, the variety of breakfast is very small. Overall, the stay is satisfactory.

Came as part of National Black Deaf Advocates Biannual conference. The stay is beautiful with good layout. Easy access to room. The room is adequate and have no problem. No microwave or refrigerator available. Unfortunately, I did not use any of hotel amenities except being busy running the conference. I did use dine breakfast mostly on daily basis. The other restaurant, once and it okay but not superior with price as well. Hotel does not offered shuttle to airport but there is taxi or uber. I would not recommend public transportation to the airport thought.

I was just here for work and was satisfied with my stay. The hotel rooms were quiet and had comfortable beds. My main complaint about the rooms is that, while they were overall clean, it was clear that things needed to be replaced in the bathroom. The shower had mold around the bottom, and the toilet had pretty gross rust and mold between the tank and the seat. This didn’t seem like any fault of the housekeeping staff, it really seemed like these things needed to be replaced. Outside of the room, the staff were friendly and the fitness center was well-equipped (though a bit dated).

Nice Hotel is a convenient location. This place is perfect for anyone attending any of the major sport team’s games or any traveling fans. Has a really nice bar setup with TVs galore. Hotel is located near the highway for easy travel but far enough away where you don’t have to worry about noise or traffic from the highway. Also very close to the StreetCars (trolly) which take you up and down Main Street so very little need for a car to explore. Staff was amazing and nice and the room was very clean. Also very quick elevators. Will 100% be the hotel I use in the future.

Braden, Stephan, and Aaron were super helpful and friendly. They gave us good advise on the sites of the city and where we could find good food. It was very good to speak with people that know the city.
