AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza

Booked this for the proximity to Uptown Theater. Its about a 4 minute drive. Theres a fitness center and a breakfast. No one checked to see if we had booked a breakfast or not. Good quality food in my opinion! Room was clean and had towel animals! The property has a very modern look and feel, but lots of obvious wear and tear. Didn't affect anything except aesthetics although it begs the question: if the property can't afford upkeep, what else is it cutting corners on? Overall I would stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great location.

This was unbelievable, I felt very threatened and uncomfortable staying at this hotel, they called the police on me, why????? I lost my room keys. Yessss, from my room and they asked for my documents and I had forgotten them in the room. THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT GET MY OWN DOCUMENTS IN MY ROOM. AND THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. I felt threatened by the lobby assistant, for forgetting the damn keys to my hotel room. Is this serious???? I travel a lot. You never saw me won't tell me I cannot access my room without taking my documents or I'm wrong with losing my documents or I cannot assess my documents. And never someone call the police for me I don’t use ***** or drink In vega’ . Peaceful and Yoga teacher training I came to KS from chicago driving And pass through that bad situation and uncomfortable I feel Hassam Never more. The link Was broken .. shower broke sans I not complain Travel around the world and never passed through that and any other in my life with any people work in the flobby

Room is dark with bad lighting. The floor is sticky and every word echoes. When I sat on the bed the springs make a terrible noise and you can feel them. Neighborhood is scary and unsafe. Parking lot is very run down and way to small for anything more then a compact car. You must park and carry your bags back to the front door because all doors are exit only and the staff must let you in front door, we parked and then had to wait for the staff to return to the front desk to let us inside. The wall in our room is damaged.
