Conveniently located on the tram line with nice breakfast.  Big rooms.  Evening front desk staff could be a little more welcoming…

Hotel is a bit far from Main Street but have free tram service in front of door, and breakfast is very basic and doesn't change all days.  Customer service is good and helpful.  Thanks.

Clean room, friendly service, convenient location. The only complaint was that breakfast bar was lacking.

We stayed the night of 9/21 for my birthday which is 9/22. We paid this hotel to park in the lot they directed us to park in. When we awoke, on my birthday, about half of the parking lot had their windows smashed in and their tires slashed. According to the police, this is not an infrequent issue. It occurs with some regularity. According to management, it's not their problem or responsibility...which doesnt make sense because THEY KNOW its an issue SO MUCH SO that the manager told me they hire private security for the lot....sooooo where were they? How did this happen then? If its not their problem or responsibility, why were hotel employees out there sweeping up all the glass? So instead of waking up and being able to enjoy my birthday which was the whole point of our trip and staying here in the first place, we instead get to pay to get our car fixed after having already paid for the privilege of parking at the hotel in the first place. On top of this, the hallways smelled musty and damp, our room had to be switched because the room we were assigned wasnt ready when we shows up at 4pm to check in, and people APPARENTLY use the street out front of the hotel as a drag racing *****. Save yourself a lot of frustration and annoyance and stay literally anywhere else. The ladies who attended to the breakfast food? Were amazing and kind and lovely and the only redeeming part of our stay apart from being able to leave.
