Convenient location and has covered connection to Kawagoe Station. Coffee shop & 7-eleven just downstairs. Room is clean though a bit small. A great hub to stroll around Kawagoe area.

Arrived late at night from Haneda, so I decided to stay overnight in Kawagoe before heading to Karuizawa the next day. The hotel is very new, clean, and well-equipped. Although the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate. It's not far from Kawagoe's Little Edo, making it convenient to grab a bite at the shopping street late at night and explore the area the next morning. There are also two convenience stores downstairs, which is very handy!

So close to the subway station, and it's fully covered, so no worries about rain! The room isn't huge, and those two chairs really aren't necessary. The bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation, but opening a 28-inch suitcase is a bit of a squeeze.

Hotel is within 5 mins walk from Kawagoe Station. Very convenient to travel with luggage.
Very easy to travel around the area as bus terminal is also nearby.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel especially they have a door to close to separate room from the walkway/toilets. TV option can see if the washing machines are available 👍

Very conveniently located next to kawagoe station, the reception is on the 7th floor, and there's cafe/restaurants/ shops on the first and second floor. The hotel is smoke free but There's a smoking room next to the reception.
It's a 12 minutes bus ride to the historical town

The service was excellent and the room was very clean, with smart home features throughout. It was a bit small, but that's understandable for Japan. I'd still highly recommend it. The view was also great, and the location is superb, right outside Kawagoe Station, so rain isn't an issue.
