Staff 10/10 lovely staff, special thanks to ladies at desk that helped me dialing some Japanese numbers, arigato gozaimashita 🙇🏻♂️
Laundromat 2/10 it gets the job done but the room was extremely small and uneasy to move around.
Tap water onsen 1/10 the water is basically way too dirty, clearly customers of this hotel doesn't respect to policy of "shower first" part. You can actually see particles of chemicals floating by in the water, the water of this one was the worst I've experienced in all over Japan.
So, don't pick this hotel for their onsen, it was a disappointment during my 3 nights stay. I've been to more crowded hotels and onsens never seen such a dirty water.
Would I come back to this hotel tho?
I'd come back to this hotel for it's price-performance ratio.
I think for it's price and what it has to offer, still worth it.

The hot spring was lovely and spacious, but there are only four shower stalls, so at 11 PM it was completely full and I had to wait in the changing room until a spot opened up. You can check the crowd situation with the front desk, so it's a good idea to call ahead. The free drinks service was a nice touch. The room itself was clean. It was a bit disappointing that the vent above the toilet had some dust accumulated. At check-out, I received Valentine's chocolates, and I was really touched by that thoughtful gesture. It was a great hotel, and I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

The rooms and onsen (hot spring) were nice, and the location was ideal, very close to Keikyu Kawasaki and JR Kawasaki lines, within a 10-minute walk. It's convenient for getting to the airport and other places, and there are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. However, the service was lacking. Check-in was only at 4 PM, and they would urge me to check out if I was even a few minutes late in the morning. They only gave me one bottle of complimentary mineral water per day.
