The view was magnificent, food was great! So many instagrammable places to take photo. Services was great too! Had fun with the buffet services. So many foods to choose from plus the waiters was super kind and helpful during the food service.

Hotel grande, anticuado, moquetas en los pasillos destrozadas. Y sobre todo, lejos los lugares de interés de la capadocia (si exceptúas la ciudad subterranea de Kaymakli). Olvidate de estar cerca de los paisajes típicos de Capadocia (aproximadamente a 30 minutos en autobús, o en coche). En los alrededores del hotel tampoco hay nada que hacer.

It was a good time to visit Cappadocia, The staff were helpful and polite. The venue has a good location and was within walking distance to the underground city. It was a great experience overall.

Everything is quite nice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Perfect housekeeping at the rooms and surroundings.Everything was great, loved the facilities and service.We will come back to this place again next year.

Les chambres sont correctes mais l'hôtel ne mérite clairement pas où plus les cinq étoiles annoncées... Wifi inexistant dans les chambres éloignées de la réception, le bâtiment mériterait une rénovation ( barre de la salle de bain qui se détache/ télévision vieillissante/ wifi totalement dépassé/ pannes d'ascenseur ou d'électricité... La nourriture surtout au petit déjeuner est limitée...

The hotel was dirty listed as a spar but the spar was closed the facilities are terrible 1 out of 10 we are English and realised all the Turkish want to do is scam money some how they will find something to rip you off for.

Çok iyi misafirperverlik, çalışan personeller her zaman yardımımıza koştu ve hep yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Resepsiyon ve bir kaç ortak alan soğuk olmasına rağmen odalar fazlasıyla sıcaktı. Wi-Fi biraz daha iyileştirilebilirse çok daha iyi olur. Gezilmesi gereken yerlere de oldukça yakın. Genel olarak ***et memnun kaldım. Arkadaşlarıma da tavsiye ederim.
