The rooms were created in a very clean and health-compliant environment. The customer profile was usually made up of very proper guests. The food was very varied and very delicious.

I stay at Nühet hotel on the cayser two days a week. Staff are laughing and related. There is no smoking room. It is specifically necessary to indicate the good air conditioning of the room while booking. The rooms are clean south front silent. Breakfast is very good. I can say I prefer this place only for breakfast. The Lady Esila works in the kitchen with personality. She adds something from herself, you can see daily changes in the breakfast menu.

I suggest to those who want to ski in Erciyes; don't give hotels in the mountains for nothing. You can stay in the Imamoğlu pasha hotel or a two beautiful city hotels and go to the mountain on the day with the possibility of transportation that hotels will provide. I can recommend this hotel with my three-hour comfort, rooms are wide and new, staff and service very good.

Spacious clean room with super comfartable bed (windows at my room was not working properly). Good professional staff at reception and restaurant. Great location at the heart of city. Suz restaurant at hotel roof is a really high priced one with unpleasent meals. Customers are not stupid if you are charging above the european avarage you have to serve something special. I did not like portions and tastes... therefore hotel is good except ”exclusive tourist trap Sûz restaurant”
