Kaysersberg is not a big village so not that many hotel options. Having said so, this is an excellent option. Small and cozy hotel with lots of personality. Rooms have everything you may need. Small bar/breakfast room. The staff have multiple hats, meaning that if someone is checking in you may need to wait for service in the bar. But they were all so nice so that is no big issue. Would come back for sure.

Hôtel très bien situé dans la ville, au calme. Manque juste un parking privé gratuit comme l’hôtel du Chambard. Mais vous pouvez quand même vous garer dans l’un des nombreux parkings publics et l’hôtel vous proposera un ticket 24h à 5€. Nous étions en chambre balneo, très jolie, literie parfaite. Manque une douche malgré la balneo. Manque un petit frigo mais l’hôtel propose de mettre nos produits au frais si besoin. Petit couac de gel douche, notre flacon était vide ! Mais après réclamation tout était rétabli. Petit dej très bien, rien à dire. Équipe au top ! Nous ne savions pas que l’accès hammam et sauna étaient gratuits avant d’arriver à l’hôtel donc nous n’avions pas amener nos maillots de bain. Dommage ! Hôtel en tout cas à recommander 👍

Kleines sehr schönes Hotel für einen Trip nach Kayserberg. Die Zimmer eher klein, aber modern und sehr sauber - es hatte sogar eine Kaffeemaschine, die wir sehr geschätzt haben - getrennte Toilette die leider keine Heizung hatte und im Winter natürlich sehr kalt war. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend - verschiedene Brote, Wurst und Käse - Müesli etc. - Das Buffet wurde fortlaufend immer wieder aufgefüllt. Zentral gelegen, in einem wunderschönen rekonstruierten Fachwerkhaus. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Un hôtel idéalement situé dans les rues piétonnes de Kaysersberg, rénové récemment, personnel accueillant de bons produits locaux pour le petit déjeuner et petit snacking au caveau. Le petit plus avec le spa en famille

Stayed at the KLE whilst visiting Kaysersberg at the end of 2023. My room was very nice - with a bath rather then a shower, which was a bit different to what I'm used to but I adapted! Located a five minute walk from the large car parks but an otherwise good location in the town.

Nicely appointed rooms with firm beds and serviceable modern bathroom facilities.
Hotel location is outstanding - if you are doing the Alsace wine road - recommend you choose this town (Kayersberg) and location for overnight (Ribbeauville is too tourist crowded).
Located in the center of the city - the only issue is driving in and out (through very narrow) streets with limited to no parking in front of the hotel. They do provide you with parking space but in public lots on the outskirts of town (about 5 min walk).
Pleasant stay in a charming location.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel situé au cœur de la ville. Chambre confortable, calme et bien équipée. Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant, disponible et professionnel. C'est toujours une vraie satisfaction d'y séjourner. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

L'hôtel est parfait ! Expérience très positive. Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits, il est idéalement placé pour se balader le soir dans la ville. La chambre est agréable et équipée d'une cafetière, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, la salle de bain à une belle douche spacieuse. Au petit déjeuner il est proposé des produits régionaux et vraiment bons. Sans compter le personnel qui est très sympathique. Nous voyageons beaucoup, et cette hôtel possède beaucoup d'avantages avec un prix raisonnable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour en Alsace.
