Clean comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water. Views on one side. They have a cute restaurant and the food is more than just average. The Thupka was good. What really stands out is the friendliness and the great service. They even rushed my friend to the hospital for oxygen.

. Excellent location . Interior of room compare to other staying . Parking is available . View from balcony excellent . Food is good . Staffs are also well behaved . Only problem in supply of electricity at Kaza which is not in their hand

The hotel rooms are spacious compared to our other stays at Tabo, Kalpa and Raksham but the hotel has service issues. They take time in preparing food. There is a water and power cut problem in the area, so do not expect it all the time. Our toilet flush was not working properly which led to a lot of wastage. The stairs are pretty steep and there is no elevator.

It was a bad experience no water at all for toilets. Extra charges for all .locks of bathroom was not proper. Menu changes wer diff. He takes changes more than menu. All hotel give ginger water free But winter white hotel charges 50

Excellent food Superb staff amazing view. Stayed 4 days and it was the most comfortable stay in complete spiti ride. Sahil was very friendly and supportive.. a good cook too. I think the best food I had in Kaza was at this property.

The shittest staff ever( exclude SAHIL) They seemed stoned Not good service Cringest staff Water problem Worst experience ever Not good for family Want to give zero rating but forced to give 1 DONT BOOK
