There were holidays on New Year's Eve. Overall a very pleasant experience. The room is large with an excellent view of the Kremlin. Great location. I really liked the SPA. Large swimming pool, warm jacuzzi. Purely. Few people. (One day we were alone with the spa for an hour) The only thing was that there was no drinking water in the spa, or rather no glasses. A small thing, but not very good for 5 stars. The weakest point for us was breakfast. It seems like there is a choice, but somehow modestly. One day there were problems with the dishes. There were no cutlery, we had to run after the waiters. The next day there was terrible coffee. (Water). Everyone at the reception was friendly. All requests were immediately fulfilled. I really hope to return someday. Kazan is a wonderful city.

Huge rooms, great views, totally quiet -- would 100% recommend. Location is great, a little out but so close to the center, everything is well-maintained, and food is pretty good. Honestly a keeper, and well worth it - some of the biggest double beds i've seen, too.

Excellent hotel! We really enjoyed. We rested for a week. The location is the best in Kazan. The view of the Kremlin from the restaurant is like a postcard. Magnificent spa area: large swimming pool, spacious sauna, jacuzzi with hydro and aeromassage. We visited the gym, everything was great. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It's obvious that they're trying. Breakfast is beyond praise - red fish, tongue, delicious desserts, fresh fruit. In summer, cherries, peaches, watermelon, melon. Room cleaning is excellent. Normal pillows 🙂, two for each - one softer, the other harder. You can't please everyone. The hotel is not pretentious, very cozy.

I was upgraded to executive suite number 526. The room consists of a living room combined with a bathroom-toilet and a bedroom combined with a kitchen. Between them is a doorway without a door. In the kitchen there are absolutely empty cabinets on the wall, not even a glass, although there is a small minibar. Coffee cups are not included in the capsule machine and must be held tilted to pour coffee. After I told the reception about these inconveniences, my request to bring glasses and water to the room was simply ignored, and when we returned to the hotel in the evening, I had to ask for it again. There are 3 pillows on the bed, but they are flat and hard, it looks like they are made of foam rubber wrapped in a pillowcase. There was only one robe in the deluxe room for two. The detergents in the toilet were not refilled and ran out in the evening. At Milli's restaurant from her own brewery, they brought warm beer and said that the temperature of the beer could not be changed. Lunch took 2 hours, since the manti took 1.5 hours to prepare and in general everything took a long time to prepare.
