Отличный отель, тихо, уютно. Жили в номере на первом этаже, но никаких посторонних звуков не было, отличный персонал, быстро решали все обращения. Великолепные завтраки по системе «шведский стол». Не далеко от главной достопримечательности, улицы Баумана, можно пешком, а можно на такси

Добрый день! Проживаем в Вашем отеле с 24 июля 2023 года. На данный момент была сработана ложная пожарная система (26 июля в 01:03 и 27 июля в 01:15 и в 0:31). Две ночи подряд из 309 Ваши отдыхающие не могут спать, прошу разобраться в данной ситуации и возместить стоимость за проживание и за моральный ущерб

Разочарована. Рядом стройка и какое-то заброшенное расписанное граффити здание. Сам отель выглядит неплохо внутри и снаружи, но кондиционер есть только на втором этаже и включается с 5 попытки и «думает» по 15 минут. Окна открыть невозможно из-за шума ресторана снизу и вывода коммуникаций. САМ РЕСТОРАН УЖАСЕН! Не берите завтраки🤮 самые дешевые сосиски какие только можно найти и объедки из ресторана,которые давно пора выбросить. Все подряд что не смогли продать..капуста какая-то и все в таком духе 🤮 У туалета на втором этаже почти нет напора, ничего не спускается с первой попытки 🙈 Из плюсов неплохая уборка номеров. Прочитали в отзывах что убирают только с табличкой «просьба убраться» так что каждый день вывешивали ее

Замечательный отель. Номер брали двухкомнатный. Разместились с комфортом. Кровать очень удобная и большая. Дети спали в отдельной комнате на раскладывающемся диване. Девушки на ресепшене милые и доброжелательные. Ребёнку в честь ДР подарили кружку (очень приятно😊). Завтраки в ресторане при отеле были вкусными и сытными. Мои привереды голодными не оставались. Единственное, к чему можно придраться - спуск к отелю. Но у нас дети подросшие, так что мы проблемы в этом не увидели. Спасибо персоналу отеля за приятный отдых🤗
