Unusual hotel. An unusual and hence a strange concept: a hotel-shopping center. On the ground floor there is a shopping center and food mall, above there is a hotel. The rooms are tired, but clean and spacious, the furniture is a recreated antique; bed, pillows, blankets, like in most hotels. There is a Nespresso coffee maker in the room (capsules in the lobby on the floor). Three of us checked into the room: 2 adults + a child. When booking, she indicated this, when calling before check-in, she mentioned it; at check-in, the child was nearby (12 years old, boy, it’s hard not to notice), but they brought an additional place only after calling the reception. A very strange lighting system: it is impossible to turn off the light in the hallway (it is sooo bright), the light above the TV is turned off!!!by the doors of the cabinet!!!on which the TV hangs. Empty minibar. Cosmetics, like three rubles, at best. At the same time, they position themselves as 5*. Buffet breakfasts are offered on the ground floor. Quite varied, BUT the pancakes are cold, although they are in a special container, the pancakes are clearly yesterday's, because... the edges are absolutely dry, the meat is ONLY sausages, sausages and halal sausage, EVERYTHING! Of course, we weren’t hungry, but we were used to meat-based breakfasts. Would I come back here? Only if there are no rooms in other hotels. And even a less star hotel will do, because... there will be no high expectations like for five stars.
