I have stayed here many times and the room size is suitable. It is a good cost-effective choice. There is a supermarket downstairs, a gym and a swimming pool inside, and a restaurant on the first floor below. The breakfast is also good.

Очень дружелюбный персонал(ресепшен, горничные и официанты), чистота на 100%. Хороший бассейн , джакузи, парная, большой фитнес зал с хорошими тренерами, хорошие завтраки, лобби-бар безалкогольный. Очень довольна пребыванием в этом отеле.

Отличная гостиница! Очень добрый персонал, чистые и комфортные номера, хороший завтрак. Очень удобно, если приезжаете на машине, имеется своя парковка под шлагбаумом, в любое время можно уехать по делам и приехать снова. От отеля удобнее всего и быстрее до центра и основных достопримечательностей добираться на такси или машине, но уж лучше так, за то живешь в хороших условиях. В отеле есть бассейн и спорт зал, они входят в стоимость, посещение раздельное с противоположным полом.

По спектру предоставляемых услуг вполне соответствует четырем звездам. Номера просторные и чистые. Имеется охраняемая парковка для проживающих. Есть небольшой бассейн, посещение которого производится поочередно в "женские" и "мужские" дни. Завтрак "шведский стол" с достаточно разнообразным меню.

Для отдыха никогда не выбирайте этот отель. Расположен далеко от центра. В спальном районе .Транспорт никакой не ходит. Выбраться можно только на такси. Очень не удобно.завтраки шведский стол. Кофемашины нет . Кофеварка капельного типа (стеклянный кувшин с подогревом)-Что для 4х звёзд странно. С открытым окном спать невозможно очень шумно от дороги .рядом проходит проспект с очень интенсивным движением днём и ночью. Персонал в фитнесе неадекватен.Прежде чем посетить фитнес зал и бассейн хотела зайти в женский день сначала посмотреть что из себя представляет бассейн сауна и зал пришла в сменной обуви и платье. Так не пустили даже посмотреть.приходите в купальнике было сказано.я говорю вы понимаете что это бред я только посмотреть.ответили у нас такие правила.все номера на одну сторону и вид из окна в окна жилого дома напротив.

Приветливый и вежливый персонал, предложили номер на выбор с учётом уже имеющейся оплаченной брони. Хороший и просторный номер, регулярная уборка. Что мне не понравилось так это завтраки, был шведский стол, но есть одно и тоже каждый день как-то надоедает, Для 4х звездочного отеля, как они себя позиционируют это слабо. Теперь, что касается о номере. Очень тонкие стены, слышен каждый шорох, как человек говорит по телефону. Очень шумная вентиляция постоянно издавала звуки. Розетки их вообще мало в номере, чтобы подключить телефон, нужно было выключать светильник, около стола вообще нет розеток так, что пришлось придумывать, как подключать ноутбук. Теперь касательно ресторана, он у них работает не до вечера, по-моему закрывается в 4 или 6 в будни, а в выходные вообще не работает.

Все устроило: завтрак, бассейн отличный, уборка номера. Неудобно то,что существуют женские и мужские дни для бассейна. Тихий район. Такси недорого добираться из центра. Купили обзорные экскурсии по городу, тоже понравилось. Казань-супер!)
