Отель в самом центре. Заселили на час раньше. Персонал очень вежливый в номерах чисто. Своих денег стоит правда завтрак не был включен за такую цену.

Есть сотрудники, которые явно не знакомы с основами клиентского сервиса, например Злата Н. - бесцеремонная, думают что работает не в отеле, где номер стоит 15 тыс , а видимо в хостеле. Ресепшен - это лицо отеля, обуйчайте его, как работать с клиентами, благодаря которым они получают свою зарплату. Иначе это беда и к сожалению, в след. Раз в данном отеле не остановлюсь из-за подобных кадров.

Очень нравится отель, отличное расположение, рядом и Кремль и ул Баумана и много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Завтраки отличные, разнообразно и очень вкусно. Уютный номер, кровать и постельное белье очень приятные, много видов освещения в номере. Вайфай отлично тянет. Тренажерный зал небольшой, но есть необходимое оборудование для разноплановой тренировки. Очень нравится ресторан Кедр.
